Welcome to Rockdale Speed Shop! Since the first time I heard a big block roll past me as a kid with a loping cam I have been hooked on early muscle cars and trucks. Nothing like hearing a motor scream when you floor the pedal and the kid come out of you thirty years later. My interests have come and gone over the years but my love for anything fast and loud on four wheels has never wavered so welcome to my shop site dedicated to my passion, my projects, and my customers dreams. About Me

Nick C.

As you can tell I love my old Detroit metal and have spent most of my life chasing and trying to afford my passion as I am sure many of you can relate. I have been lucky enough through my career over the years to be able to support my speed shop and have that magical place to be a kid with cool tools and awesome rides. I’m born and raised in central Texas and have a beautiful family of ladies that let me get dirty during the week and chase my childhood dreams of building some amazing custom rides.

I started turning wrenches as early as I can remember and spent a great portion of that early career learning the A to Z of the automotive industry and gaining my ASE Master Certification. I've worked at dozen of shops around the state cutting my teeth on imports, domestics, and custom builds.
